DockyLab Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (an individual, company, or any other entity) and DockyLab (see “About DockyLab” section).
About DockyLab
The DockyLab entities include:
Shenzhen Kuaizao Technology Co., Ltd., and
DockyLab HK LIMITED, an affiliated company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.
Collectively, these entities are referred to as “DockyLab,” “we,” “our company,” or “our.”
Scope of Terms
These Terms apply when you purchase or use the following products and services:
DockyLab websites (such as dockylab.com and the DockyLab Store);
DockyLab products, including power banks and related accessories sold on this site (“DockyLab Devices”);
DockyLab software and services, such as the DockyLab App and user account management functions;
Other customer services provided by DockyLab (“DockyLab Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DockyLab websites, devices, software, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
When creating an account on DockyLab websites, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account details.
You may not share your account with others or use it for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
3. Use of DockyLab Products and Services
3.1 DockyLab Websites
DockyLab websites provide information on power banks and related products, online purchasing, and user support. By using the websites, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive activities.
DockyLab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate parts of the websites at any time without prior notice.
3.2 DockyLab Products (DockyLab Devices)
DockyLab Devices include power banks, charging cables, and related accessories. When purchasing and using these devices, you agree to follow the user manuals, warranty policies, and applicable local laws.
You agree to use the devices legally and safely and not for any illegal or prohibited purpose.
For detailed information on product warranties, please refer to the Warranty Policy. DockyLab provides warranties to the extent permitted by law and may impose reasonable limitations on device usage.
3.3 DockyLab Software and Services
DockyLab provides software applications and account management features, which may include open-source components governed by applicable open-source licenses.
Please carefully review the license terms included with each software package, which outline your rights and obligations.
You agree to comply with DockyLab’s usage terms and not misuse the software or services in violation of license agreements.
The software and services may not be sold, transferred, or used for any other commercial purposes.
3.4 DockyLab Customer Services (DockyLab Services)
DockyLab provides customer services, including technical support, warranty services, and after-sales assistance. By using these services, you agree to abide by these Terms and use the services responsibly.
DockyLab reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
By posting content on DockyLab websites, you represent that you own the rights to such content and grant DockyLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to copy, modify, publish, and distribute the content for operational purposes.
Content you post must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or contain inappropriate material. DockyLab reserves the right to remove or block any content deemed inappropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
DockyLab owns or is licensed to use all website content, product designs, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property. Unless expressly authorized in writing by DockyLab, you may not use DockyLab’s intellectual property for commercial purposes, including copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works.
For DockyLab’s open-source software, you may exercise your rights under the applicable open-source licenses but may not infringe DockyLab trademarks or other intellectual property. The DockyLab name or logo may not be used for commercial promotion without permission.
6. Orders and Payments
All orders and payments made through the DockyLab Store must be processed via authorized payment channels.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information during checkout. Any fraudulent orders or payments will be subject to legal action.

7. Warranty Policy
DockyLab provides limited warranties for its power banks and related products. For details, please refer to the Warranty Policy.
8. Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that the products are provided “as is,” and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DockyLab and its licensors or affiliates make no express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
DockyLab does not guarantee that product functions will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all responsibility and risk for the selection, installation, and use of the products.
9. Limitation of Liability
DockyLab is not responsible for product issues resulting from abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, under no circumstances shall DockyLab, its employees, licensors, or affiliates be liable for any lost profits, revenue, data, cost of substitute goods, property damage, personal injury, business interruption, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, economic, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury or incidental damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
In any event, DockyLab’s total liability to you for all damages (except as required by applicable law for death or personal injury caused by negligence) shall not exceed the amount you paid for the DockyLab product.
Certain countries/regions may not allow exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; if applicable, some limitations may not apply, and you may have additional statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable consumer rights.
10. Privacy Policy
DockyLab respects your privacy. Your personal data will be collected, processed, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using DockyLab services, you consent to the use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The validity, interpretation, modification, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), in accordance with the arbitration rules in effect at the time of submission.
12. Modifications to Terms
DockyLab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the DockyLab website or communicated via email. Continued use of DockyLab products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
