  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): For transfers to countries without adequacy decisions.

  • Use strong passwords, only for DockyLab accounts.

  • Never share passwords.

  • Limit access to personal computers and browsers.

  • Log out after use in shared/public environments.

In case of serious breaches, we will take legal action but are not liable for consequences of unauthorized data access.

Children’s Data

DockyLab Products and Services are not intended for children under 16 (or the legal age in their jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
